Definitely new old stock, some minor corrosion on the tips but in great shape.

MAC Tools 10-piece stubby wrench set, metric
Good quality American wrenches. Stubbies are for tight places and can make all the difference on certain jobs. The anti-slip open end, which MAC calls 'Knuckle Saver', definitely works but is less useful on a short wrench because you typically are not delivering as much torque anyway. They are less marring than Flank Drive Plus and WrightGrip, but still hold on to bolt heads far better than traditional open ends. The beam of the wrenches are rounded and smooth but the open end is fairly sharp, this may bother some people but was fine for me.
