  Received the NAS in good condition. It was well packaged for shipping by the Seller. I opened the case and noticed some black smoke residue and cleaned it out. However, after I replaced the HDD with a 4TB drive of my own, plugged in power and attached it to my wireless router, it started right up and is operating well and normally as expected. The price was good and the shipping quick. No complaints so far. Thank you Seller - good experience.
