Lowered blood sugar + energy skyrocketed
Every meal I took this and a fiber supp called gentle digest (it's chicory root and probiotics, very low dose for pets, lol). After 3 days I noticed my blood sugar headed toward normal and my energy post meal skyrocketed. Outstanding quality!
