Missing parts or not included (manufacturer need to include the parts see picture)

The problem is the item has missing parts or not included. How can you install the item if not included? The manufacturer should include the parts. See attached pic. Even you wanted to install when receive but you can’t. It’s not easy to find local Home depot or Lowe's. And end up spending time to look for parts. Do not buy this item on line. Not recommended, you will waist your time if you wan’t to return or you wan’t to keep it. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM NOT WORTH IT!!

Moist

Lots of moisture around the stainlees steel after cooking rice, especially when its in the warm mode, you will see moisture all over. When it drip, It makes the rice softer on the side and makes the rice spoil faster. Wifey has a new job to wipe it daily:(.
