Universal
This ballast can be used with a 2 bulb, 3 bulb or a 4 bulb. Just by capping off a couple of wires when using this ballast on less then 4 bulb fixture.
Cost is a little more but you need a lot less inventory.

Easy to use
You can make small batches if you don't use the mixing tip. Just mix it on a mixing plastic board.
I repaired a bathroom counter top that the water got into the wood, it swelled up and started to come about. Panseal penetrated into the wood and sealed it up. I sanded the epoxy after and it looked great.
I also sealed some cracks in some concrete, sealed them right up.
Note; You do have to apply a couple of coats because it does penetrate into the areas being sealed.

Great light bulb
Very well packaged to keep the light safe during shipment.
The light puts out a nice white light.
