Same one as you get from Physical Therapist!
It is exactly the same one that I got from the Physical Therapist with out the personal formed hard piece for it. I got this so I could have one to wear while I wash the other one. It really makes a huge difference with my advanced arthritis, reminding me not to bend the thumb and wrist too far, while still allowing a little movement! Would definitely recommend!

Case only!
While it says Clover in the name and show pics of what could be clover hooks. It is only the empty case. Nothing comes with it.
