Very solid and stable.
I have purchased over 10 of these for church installations that I have completed during the pandemic. Very stable, SDI and HDMI in. Just make sure that you have your audio embedded into one of those signals. No additional audio ins.

A money saver!
I produce live event video. Record decks need time code for sync. My last time code generator, new, was almost $700. This thing works perfectly, is rack mounted, and way less than $100 used. Sweet!
