I recently changed a major component in my system and needed a way to determine if the new component was turned on or in standby state. The AMX PCS2 is an easy and reliable way to determine the power status of not just one, but two different components. It does this by sensing the amount of current the monitored component is drawing while in both its standby state and its fully powered state.

Great Product at a Great Price
Had a ceiling light with three of these type of sockets and the insulation on the wires was crumbling on all of them. I replaced all three after one shorted out and tripped a circuit breaker. These have hi-temp silicone-insulated wires, so I don't anticipate any further problems with this light.

Same make/model as your local store for less $$
Quality Pass & Seymour product, delivered fast and for less money than I could buy it locally. If you're not in a hurry (i.e. I need it TODAY), just wait a few days, get the same quality product and save a few bucks. What's not to like??
