Lock combination won’t set
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this as a high quality product expecting European engineering. I followed the enclosed instructions to set my four digit code, the lock then wouldn’t open. Not w my code or the 0000 factory setting . Lock was useless. The company shipped me a second lock at no charge. Unfortunately the same problem occurred when my son, a mechanical engineer tried to set the combination on the second lock!
