Exactly as advertised.

Hooked up to 100 watt solar panel to charge rv battery. Runs all 12volt in rv including laptop, TV, radio, lights, and propane fridge 12v controls. And small inverter. Do not run ac or microwave. Turned shore power charger off. Shows charging voltage and battery voltage. 2 USB conn work as well.
