A great game-- but a concern!
1 of 2 found this helpful You will not be able to run this game on Windows 10 without a no-cd crack. It's simply necessary due to the old copyright protections that the game is rooted in no longer being compatible with the OS, ironically due to safety concerns. This means you'll have to do some work to get the game to function (try the AoM sub-reddit for more information), but once you do, everything is worth it. The voice acting is just as mid 2000s as you remember, the story just as strange and wonderful and campy, and the expansion pack offers an intriguing new way to play the game, with a campaign to match. A multiplayer community also still exists for this title via certain programs that can be downloaded and used to interact with and play against people across the globe, just as in the good old days-- but this is all dependent upon whether or not you can get the crack to work.
