The overall experience was positive as the wii controller arrived in a working condition. The packaging could have been slightly better as I expected a box to hold the controller in. However as noted, the controller works so all good. The shipping time was 6 weeks which is on the long side when coming from America. This is due to the shipping company they used which is not one I would recommend. So, cost and timeframe were not as good as they could be. However I would order again from vendor
