The printer broke after just 6 weeks. Very frustrating, however once I was able to get in contact with the seller and let him know the insurance was only going to provide for a small, cheap alternative, he immediately said he would send out a replacement. Great customer service. I did try to contact him first but ebay wouldn t let me so perhaps they should open the window for more than 30 days. It all worked out and while I ended up with a lemon, I appreciate the sellers response & replacement

Turn-around time was excellent. Product quality was satisfactory. QA failed in one aspect but was able to remedy with simple tools (slot on the black roller was mildly dented in but packaging was not affected - so this was a production issue); not the seller's fault. May do business again for the price.
