Somewhat stretchy. Not good for ninja 250 seats.
My seat has crazy curves and this stuff isn't stretchy enough. It stretches maybe a few inches, max. It's also not that tough, staples went through like butter when they just barely touched them after poking through. My seat looks nice, but the vinyl doesn't actually form to it, it kind of makes a tent where I sit on...
