Good Replacement Pole saw (extension)
3 of 3 found this helpful Thinner bar than most OEM but it decreases weight and resistance.
The body pipe clamp is better designed. The oiler is adjustable (GOOD).
It comes with OE Oregon bar and chain.
I think for the price it is more durable and better designed than some of the earlier OE pole saws. I have purchased 2 so far and give them a A+ !

You staying Young -on Audio CD
1 of 1 found this helpful The information is well presented and in my opinion is a MUST READ/ hear for all the Baby Boomers.
I have the book and it is a great read but for those who have long commutes the CD is a great way to go. The audio CD is presented by the authors, which in my opinion, is best. I wanted both because you can reference some of the recommendations.
Do health (and self) a favor- we all waste hours reading nonsense and junk mail, listening to entertaining things etc. This is something that can improve your quality of life and longevity. I encourage all to check this out. Well written, well presented, interesting info with twists of humor.
I believe you will agree its an investment of time well spent.
Enjoy more laughter, more life, more love and less pain.

Toshiba 23HLV87 TV/DVD Combo
This seems to be a really nice unit. Wide tuning capability. The DVD plays most formats-Even DVR, MPEG, MOV, AVI etc....
Remote works well and in a 12X14 room doesn't even need to be pointed at the set.
Dislikes-
The Mfg boasts stable audio control that eliminated loud commercials. It doesn't seem to do that. (at least on the unit I have)
The Timer is a bit basic. It just turns the set on but doesn't allow for DVD or Tv channel selection. It also does not include the off time.
So, whatever was selected when you shut it off is what comes on when the on times kicks in. It does have a nice sleep timer that warns and counts down the last minute.
I prefer the type of timer program so I can fall asleep watching the DVD or TV
and wake to the News on ABC come morning. Can't do that on this set.
(I miss that!)
I got the refurbished unit and for the brice feel it was a bargain.
TOSHIBA TAKE NOTE- Such a great overall product it is a shame to have such a basic timer programmer. I believe the USER should be able to select On, Channel/DVD and off time. It's out there. GE does it!
Why did I buy it?
This is my first LCD set, so for the price I thought I'd buy a bargain. I am impressed AND it is much more energy efficient than CRT Units.
