Wait for the 2022 edition.

Unfortunately I did not not realize the edition was out of date and the a newer edition is due out this summer (jJune or July 2022). Nearly all the information in the book I bought is good and helpful but the 2022 book will reflect any chages to FCC rules and reglation. Not a BAD purchase, just bad timing on my part.

Perhaps the wrong cable.

Did not work to program to the QYT with Chirp. Had to use the Baofeng cable. Will keep the QYT cable, it may have other uses.
