  I offered a lower price than the listed price. The seller accepted my offer but then bumped up the shipping fees by about $50 over what it should have been. He justified it by saying he was shipping by UPS air but instead he shipped by UPS ground. He refused to answer my many questions about the shipping cost. It was frustrating. Finally went ahead with the purchase because I wanted the painting, but it left me unhappy. The painting itself was fine, and the packaging was good.
