this all started back when ups didnt ship the 10 peacocks overnite...received all 10 were dead in box..was unable to work anything out..filed claim with e bay..the seller then asked me to send all 10 dead fish back for a refund..he also at one point ask me to take 20 dollars off and he would give me a money order..he has seen the pics and he knows ups has them...i would say dont buy from a person that ask you to send dead fish back for a refund....so send hazardous dead fish back in mail...
