First hand stories!
If you are interested in the men who take to the skies in aerial combat, give this book a read. It's a compilation of stories told by the fighter pilots themselves. Plenty of photos of the men and their aircraft add to the storytelling, check it out!

Simple and useful
This is a strap with two square metal buckles. Nothing fancy, government issue, but it works. All I did was brush the dust off, loop it through the sling swivels and feed the ends back under the buckles as Uncle Sam intended. Works great and nearly indestructible!

Very good for the price
There are better, more accurate M6 reproductions out there, but for under $20 shipped, this one is pretty decent. It holds the Chinese reproduction M3s very securely and I have not noticed any problems with the snap or rivets. The markings are fairly faithful to originals and it passes the "ten foot" rule in my book.
