I bought this, took it out of the box. Put it on the counter, sure rips in material, like the add said. But, when I ran the light, overnight, the light went out. I contacted seller, and they don't know, so.. I am out more than $69 after shipping.. If you buy, buy with warranty.. this is why, normally I don't buy used, cause if it were me. I would offer a refund, but they would pay shipping. So.. I won't so this again.. new now.. Merry Christmas

We chatted back and forth about what the issue may be. With it working then not working i told him, unfortunately with it not being in front of me, i don't know what the issue is. What he failed to mention is that i attempted to help him troubleshoot multiple ways to try to remedy the situation. (Different switches, resetting outlet fuse, possible fuse in the unit) To which he Ghosted me, and then left a bad review. Never said anything about a return to me, which was always available to them.
