Product is as expected
The only issue I have is with eBay and the difficulty of tracking purchases

Did not work properly out of the box
Out of the box I put in five DVD's, it played four of them then cease to work it would not eject any of them and started grinding sounded like plastic gears.
So how do I return it and get my money back.
