My pc cannot use this i7-3840QM

I believe my bios is not support this i7-3840QM, it is good for first 3 days, then fail to boot anything, boot freeze on early stage, not boot anything. As long as installed on board, it just freezes, it cannot not the boot bios, any os includes windows 11, ubuntu mate, the bios won't let it load. But put back the original cpu, everything boot normally, just like before. My upgrade attempt was failed.
