Look good.
They look goo after I gothem to fit by putting electrical tape around the to close the gap between them and the wheel skin. I then glued them with highly strong glue to the wheel skin. They are working and looking good on my car.

Charger
Item came pretty much as described. I tried it out and it seemed to work fine. The only con that I have is that the battery clamps on the charger are smaller than I would have liked.

Recommended
It is recommended to use to clean my CPAP and seems to do that.
