Excellent recipes for Hungarian favorites! THE BEST!
0 of 2 found this helpful Absolutely the best Hungarian Cookbook. This is not my first Hungarian cookbook but the recipes contained in here are the ones I used to make with my grandmother.
They are exactly the way she cooked them. Many of her recipes we've traded within the family but there were some that no one had. For example, wilted lettuce. This book had them all.
I ordered 4 of them and we all read them cover to cover like a novel. I would recommend it to everyone. It is EXCELLENT! Buy it and happy cooking!
