Awful
The glare of the LED lights coming around the keys make it almost impossible to actually see the keys at a normal working angle. If I didn't have to modify the power cable when I installed it I would return it.

Pretty loud but does move a lot of air and definitely a noticable different.

Nice
Just want to say that the built-in nut is an awesome idea. Old one didn't have it, major pain to remove cause of the limited space. Definitely plan to buy again.
