Koss KPH25K Black Lightweight On Ear Headphones with In-line Volume Control

The negative offsets the positive

The headphones work great, but the plug into my phone, which is mostly what I bought them for, does not make contact. I have Koss earbuds with the same plug design and they work great with the phone, so I don't understand why the earphones require me to hold the plug in place in order to make contact. It's a sad result.
