  I made a mistake and I ordered the wrong side for the sun visor (passenger instead of driver). I communicated it to the seller unfortunately after he sent it already, but before I got the package. I asked the seller if he would trade the passenger for the driver side, and I would cover the shipping costs, but he was reluctant. Bad customer service.

  Thanks for reaching out, as noted in the description, the part is not returnable . I sympathize with your mistake and am sorry but my parts supplier does not accept returns. I kindly offered to send you the drivers side at my cost to help out and do what I could! Have a good day.
