Fixed Neo Geo and TG16 video signal issues for picky BVM

This fixed my BVM video signal issues with a Neo Geo AES and turbografx 16. I had to first run the signal through an Extron Crosspoint and then get a component to 15 pin cable to run it into the Extron RGB

Better than the cheap newer 3rd party alternatives

I had purchased a 3rd party actually adapter months ago. It worked but I was getting a lot of interference (rolling patterns in the graphics) because it was cheaply made. I was hoping it was the account adapter and not my system. I bought this and problem solved!
