  Made contact with the seller to defer delivery of items as was away. No issues and item was posted to arrive when I had returned. No issues with seller. Item arrived on time. Postage cost ok. Unfortunately, one of the pair of mugs did not survive the journey although wrapped in tissue, packaged in its original box with extra bubble wrap in a further box so cannot unfortunately leave a fully positive review.   The lladro figurine arrived yesterday boxed . Unfortunately the box was dented and damaged., the head of the figurine was broken from the base , I might be able to repair it .? My overall experience was surprise . Regards Marie .
