Quick with shipping but poor packaging
I haven’t used products yet as these are Christmas gifts for my sons. I bought 2 and the packaging was really poor. The screens were packaged face to face with a thin protective layer between them and they were wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a big box with more bubble wrap. Maybe this is normal packaging, but for me who spends thousands per year on new and refurbished items, this is a first for me and I don’t like it. Like soon as I open the box, BAM there goes the monitors. I bought refurbished monitors last year for my boys as well and they want a dual monitor setup that’s why I bought these. Last year they were each boxed individually and then placed in one big box.
Hopefully the monitors work because we all know how careless the shipping it’s can be with transporting. Hopefully if they are damaged I can return on 12/26.
I will update and give a review on the product.
