  Shipping was quick and laptop was well packaged. The initial laptop's condition was better than described but unfortunately the windows sign in was still locked to the past company. I messaged the seller and we agreed for a replacement. Seller paid shipping for the exchange. The replacement was in even better condition. Screen, battery, all parts working well, laptop was clean and this one did not have any issues with locks. Great value overall and pleasure to do business with.

  Item arrived almost exactly as described in the listing, just a few very minor scratches on the lid. Shipping was fast and well packed. The trackpad has a bit of issue with sometimes not registering, but for the price I can't really complain. Still a very powerful laptop with the 940MX and i5-6400HQ. Would recommend.
