  The pillow is as described. The price for the pillow was appropriate. Shipping the pillow in a plastic bag with tape was disappointing to say the least. It was slightly creased but I was able to steam the creases. Charging almost $40 for shipping is also questionable. It also took over 10 days to arrive.

  I would buy from elen -roman again. I was devastated when I saw my item went to another residence. I didn't jump to conclusions I contacted the seller and she said she saw that. this was a mistake on the post office part. She went above and beyond to rectify the situation communication was excellent. I received my item today and I couldn't be happier. Just a note don't always assume it's the buyer, or seller everyone makes mistakes if both parties are honest anything can be worked out 🩵
