VIVITAR 4K Ultra HD Action Can 16 MP Waterproof Case 2” Dual Screens

Probably...not (at least for me)

It's size is good. It has a front screen for selfies which is cool. Overall though, the quality just isn't there. I suppose for the $ maybe it's "okay"? Comes with a waterproof case and all the helmet and other sort of mounting options which is a plus. The software that is supposed to be downloaded onto computer won't open (at least for me). I phone app wouldn't work either. I was able (using the micro sd card) to download image directly from file, but that's kind of a pain. Have to remove from camera each time. Works best in high light situations. I guess for $30-40 bucks but not more than that :-(
