Doesn't show bluetooth availability
18 of 23 found this helpful I don't know why there was a picture of a charger when the earbuds doesn't come with one all I got was The Box with the earbuds that's it not only did he come what battery completely off but when I try to turn it on I don't hear any voice saying Bluetooth ready for connection and I tried to connect to it with my phone and laptop and it is not showing its name anywhere in the Bluetooth conetion. To connect I had to download the Samsung wearable app but other than that it sounds great
