I literally just received and opened the box. It was delivered earlier than expected and packaged exceptionally well!! I will open the pillows, as recommended and then try them out! I got one for my daughter and one for me. I'm hoping these really do help our necks and headaches! Will let you know. This seller did an awesome job with shipping these out early. Fast ship! Product was defective as seen in pictures below. Gave it more than 36 hours on a flat surface to rise into shape, but the shape stayed just as it was when unpackaged. Pillow could not be used. Took two emails and a threat of a negative review to get seller to respond. They didn't say sorry for defective product, just that I was ignorant because memory foam takes days to come into shape. The pillow has been sitting for five days without any change.
