Sci-fi gem
1 of 1 found this helpful This is the forerunner of films like Pacific Rim.( I heard there is a sequel coming, yay) The special effects were well,if simply done and obvious but the film holds up and will by its very specific time period, shine a light on the stresses and hopeful solutions of the 1990s.

Yardley , mine for a lifetime
1 of 1 found this helpful I can only wear a few perfumes with out a skin rash. Lily of the Valley is my favorite. Over my 70 year lifetime , it has become my signature scent. It is so evocative that when my daughter got married and moved to Calf. she missed me terribly. She called the East Coast in tears because someone in a store walked by her and she smelled their Yardley Lily of the Valley and she turned to look for me and of course, I wasn't there.
We never know how we affect people, or what little consistent thing we do that will etch us in someone's memory, but who would suppose one could buy an indelible memory for so little? My advice? Buy a little Yardley and linger longer.
