10 of 10 found this helpful I've had this mascara before (from Ulta) and I loved it which is why I bought another one. I wanted to save a few bucks so I got it on eBay. The brush is is not bent it's totally straight (not how it should be) and the formula is so clumpy and not what I had experienced before. Not sure if I got a bad batch or if this isn't actually a benefit product. Disappointed.
