Sweatin' to the Oldies, why I like it
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a video that I have found to be very good for people who cannot do much in the way of high impact aerobics. I have arthritis and this video lets me get my excercise without troubling my joints.
It is also easier to follow than most exercise videos I have tried.
For anyone who wants to exercise without feeling frustration at not being able to keep up with the tape, then I highly recommend this video.
