    Safely packaged and shipped quickly. This was listed as a new record and it looks new and sounds new. The outer sleeve was sealed which maintained the new appearance of the record. The DOL recording is not considered the most desirable, but it sounds good to me. I do notice that at a part of the 1st song on side 1 it will skip easily if jarred at all. Not an issue with the seller or the listing, just the state of records today. I still found this a very good value and enjoy listening to it. A+++

The Monkees Live in Japan 1968 (Vinyl) 12" Album

Better than the boots.
Cleaner and better sounding than the "Polly Want A Banana?" bootleg I had in the 80's. Some effort went into cleaning up the mix and eliminating the Japanese TV hosts. Still a rough live recording of The Monkees on their Far-East tour in 1968 - but it's great to hear "Salesman" "Cuddly Toy" "Daydream Believer" and others not often captured live in the 60's.

Great re-working of Nez classics
Entertaining album. Offbeat Monkee-era classics are freshly reworked alongside new arrangements of Nez solo tunes. All sung by Dolenz, whose voice defies age, lifts off and soars out of the mix.
