Interesting book showing life at the operating level in a WW2 tank unit.
This autobiography does an outstanding job of conveying life in a U.S. Army tank unit - much better than the film FURY did. The young man grows up in a hurry when sent as a replacement gunner on an M4 Sherman. He and his tank mates received an M26 Pershing tank late in the war with the barest of training to operate this new vehicle.

Tamiya British Quad Gun Tractor and 25 Pdr. Field Gun
1 of 1 found this helpful This model went together nicely. Speaking from experience, artillery pieces can be a nightmare to assemble properly. The 25 pdr. gun in this kit was a pleasant exception and it came together without problems.
