Good overall, but with a few major design flaws
2 of 7 found this helpful Overall is good, but a few major design/build flaws:
- NO settings are saved between battery disconnects! Anything that you set up, including steering wheel controls programming, disappears after the battery is disconnected. For that much money, I expected it to be included.
- No mute/off button. How come they can't make a mute button, to turn off the sound easily? I have to push on the volume all the way down, for it to "mute". Unacceptable.
- Flimsy aftermarket dashboard kit screw holes. Metra kit worked fine for my car, but the holes for screws are made poorly, and I had issues securing sides of the unit.
