The package was shipped promptly, then USPS took 17 days to deliver it. Learned how to file a “missing mail report”. John was very helpful, and I am happy to report it was worth the wait. Practically flawless issue, the package was still secure (another package received today was partially open), and the price was very reasonable. A+++ for John, and hopefully USPS will address the issues they have in Kansas City. Thanks!
