Item was new and unopened like described, but box was extremely water damaged. I assumed it was the shipping service, but the outer box was dry. Only my Bambino box was heavily water damaged, so this item was shipped to me like that. Very disappointed in customer service and care. If you ordered an expensive item, and it showed up damaged, would you be upset? This is a genuine question for the seller as they read this.

Quick shipment and well packaged. New Item and back card was pictured clean but came with a big chunk of the description torn off. Also blister pack packaging covered in a heavy layer of dust but I’ve come to realize that’s kinda normal in the US. None of the above affects the actual product so no issue but would have been embarrassing if it was a gift. Overall good transaction.
