If it's not broke, don't fix it!
Redken should have stayed with the 8.5 oz tube design (and formula) for their Extreme Strength Builder. It was more efficient in the shower, hair salon, travel, etc. The new 'tub' design simply is a pain in the rear--you either have to leave it uncapped for quick, one-handed access as a hair styler, or mostly uncapped for the shower as wet, soapy hands have a hard time unscrewing lids--not to mention the tiny bit of room the tube needs compared to the 3" taken by the tub, and the newer formula to be thicker for a tub application isn't as thorough nor as easy to wash out--too thick!
Traditionally, if the item isn't broke, don't fix it! :)

Can't Beat a Sharp!
I said it's not well designed because they changed where the * totaling button is and it's a change to get acquainted with it being over and a 'thumb' button vs. a pinky button! :)

No problems here!
I was a little skeptical of the authenticity of the cartridges due the awesome low price. Then when the quick shipping brought them, I saw they were indeed in the original packaging and they've worked problem free since installation--my skepticism gone! Thank you for a problem-free experience!😊
