Good but not for AC systems
I have a 150 Chinese quad that runs of AC current. How I can tell, my head lights only turn on while engine is running, i can unplug my battery while engine is running and it wont die, and my CDI is small.
After I installed this stator, quad started up but my headlights won't turn until I rev up the gas.
Take a look at my old stator vs this new one. The green wires are wired differently.
The old one has a bare copper wire coming from one of the poles, while the new one has nothing.
And old stator has continuity within green, yellow and pink(can be white) wires
New stator has no continuity within the green wire and yellow / white. Just between yellow and white. Which I assumed was correct because you don't mix high current (white and yellow) with ground (green)....?
