Ok but need some hands.
Batteries are fully discharged, hoverer I drilled 4 holes with precise miller, connected 9V battery to each serial group for 10 seconds and everything is fine now, it's charging to full capacity.

Does not work at all
GPU crashes under load. I've tried 1 PSU per 1 GPU, 3 motherboards, 3 different GPUs (AMD 370,470, GTX 1060). Everything ok when no load, but when some data transferred it crashes (even while loading DAG into RAM, no power load at this moment). Just replacing it with standard "ver 006" riser, and everything is ok. Wire and small pci-e x1 is ok, but x16 part seems to be not stable. I bought 4 of them and none works.

Used parts
PCB was good but GSM modules are after re-flow, covered with dirt, some bubbles on pcb and didn't work.
