I contacted seller for a refund on 7/19 and it was refunded, but not sure whether this would have been done by then if I had not taken initiative. Refund posted to my bank 7/20. Wasted 17 days but otherwise the seller corrected mistake to my satisfaction.

Not sure if because UPS didnt recieve package till the 23rd even tho payment was done on the 16th. Leaving as positive review still tho as item is as described and thats what matters.

The seller only shipped me two sticks (which were both defective) would not communicate to resolve the issues, did not reply to the return and then provided me a false return label when I opened a case. Beware, if you have issues he will not be there to help.

I hooked up, as local user, one computer so far and it worked as expected, could see the computer and operated it with the mouse and keyboard remotely. I tried to call the unit by the IP address but it asked for me to set up ports and others routines. I did not have time to set up so I could not comment on this part. I tried the older HP and Dell but had problem getting the software and not so easy to setup.

It's been more than half a year and it's still working fine, knock on wood...........................

Buy American Brands, hopefully made in the USA, MUCH better quality and SAFE to use!
no where near the brightness shown in picture. AMERICAN BRANDS ARE GETTING THE MESSAGE AND Coming down price to match to "Made In China or by Chinese." I have purchased a few from local major store and are made of glass, not cheap plastic, and they are much brighter. I did not do my homework and bought from a DROP SHIPPER which costed me 12 dollars more than from buying at the local "dollar store." I HAVE USED CHINA MADE AND AMERICAN BRAND LED LIGHTS. CHINA MADE DID NOT LAST MORE THAN 2 YEARS AND THE AMERICAN BRAND ARE BRIGHTER, SAME WATTAGE, AND STILL GOING AND WARRANTY CAN BE CLAIMED. i CANNOT PUT ANY CLAIM IN FOR THE CHINA MADE.
