Very Cheap but still manages to be useful.
These switches are of a decent enough quality for occasional use -- i.e. set-it-and-forget-it settings, such as what dip-switches might be used for. But they are way too mushy-feeling and not solid enough for everyday constant use. They do not work well in a breadboard as the pins are just too skinny for a consistent connection.
But you sure can't beat the price. $3.00 is a steal for 100 of these.

Good Logitech quality -- as expected
It's a Logitech. I've never had a bad Logitech product. This mouse in particular is a tad smaller than an average desktop mouse, but I've already gotten used to it. The scroll wheel is like silk and button clicks feel just right and are not exceedingly loud like many other mice.
