6 of 7 found this helpful I purchased this phone for my wife as she had been using an older Nokia model for some time and wanted a replacement that was easy to use, preferably another Nokia. The 6020 has proved to fulfill her requirements but she feels the joystick in the middle is difficult to control compared to the touch pad on her previous 3100. She likes the camera as it makes taking her photos of our grandson very simple although she has problems working out the download to her computer.
Overall, it is a very good phone which would be improved with a wider touchpad in the centre.
