Don't Bother for Pro Media Storage
I purchased 6 drives to store and backup HD media for a film. I was very careful in using the SATA port with a special cable, etc, but 4 drives failed in 2 years. I will never buy again.

Not satisfied with nice product
The three reasons I am not satisfied:
a. The head it comes with is not great and offers less control than I need so I replaced it but the new pro head is larger so the legs do not close unless I unscrew the head each time
b. The twist-lock mechanism wears over time and my other pro tripod had the same problem and while this twist-lock is easy to turn to enhance ergonomic torque, the problem is it will slip. Clamps work better.
c. The legs hold onto a hinge that is loose and there is little one can do except tighten for each leg, which is not what I am paying for.
